I don’t often do a product review but today I’m going to do one on Proluxan for prostate health.
I found this product as I was searching for information on prostate health. In fact, the ingredients in this product became the basis for my article “6 Key Ingredients for Prostate Health.”
The 6 key ingredients that I focused on were:
-
Saw Palmetto Berry Extract at 120 mg per day
-
Stinging Nettle Root or Urtica Diocia at 200 mg per day
-
Pygeum Africanum Extract at 100 mg per day
-
Green Tree Leaf Extract Yielding 70% EGCG at 600 mg per day
-
Lycopene at a minimum of 15 mg per day
-
Humulus Lupulus Hops Extract at 500 mg per day
As I researched these ingredients I found excellent supporting studies for all of them except the last one, which is the Humulus Lupulus Hops Extract. It’s new to prostate health.
Of the first five ingredients listed above I found two products that interested me. They were:
Ultra Prostate Formula by LifeExtension – click here for more information on this product.
Now Prostate Health Clinical Strength – click here for more information on this product.
But none of them had the one ingredient that caught my attention, which again is the Humulus Lupulus Hops Extract. So I decided to try Proluxan for prostate health.
Before and After with Proluxan for Prostate Health
At the time of writing this article I’m 66 years old. In the last year I’ve been noticing an increase in the common symptoms associated with an enlarged prostate. Here are the common symptoms and what I was experiencing:
-
Straining to go. Never had this but certainly frustrated in waiting for the urine stream to start.
-
A weak urine stream. Usually the only time I had a strong urine stream was after I drank my nitric oxide supplement.
-
Stops and starts to their urination. Usually it was the “starts” and waiting for the urine stream to begin.
-
Getting up to go to the bathroom at night. For me this was usually 2 to 4 times per night.
-
Feeling like your bladder isn’t emptying. During the day I’d feel like going pee every couple of hours and never felt like my bladder emptied completely.
Plus I felt pressure in the prostate area.
Now what I’m about to share is anecdotal in my experience with Proluxan for prostate health.
-
In their ads they talk about restoring your urine stream to a strong flow like you had when you were younger. And in as little time as 30 minutes. That didn’t happen to me but I do see a significant improve in the urine stream. And it happened within one day of taking the product.
-
The most significant improvement is not having to get up a night to go to the bathroom. I usually sleep about 6 hours. And would wake up to go to the bathroom 2 to 4 times. I’ve been on Proluxan for less than one week and do not have to get up to go to the bathroom. I empty my bladder before I go to bed and I’m able to sleep the 6 hours before needing to get up and go.
-
During the days I’ve significantly reduced the number of trips to the bathroom.
-
The urine stream is stronger. And I feel I get a more complete emptying of my bladder.
-
And I don’t have the long wait time for the urine stream to start. When I go to the bathroom I go.
I’ve notice other improvements like less pressure in the prostate area. And I believe an improvement in my sinuses. Not sure why except for the possibility of reduced inflammation from the ingredients in Proluxan.
It is not a cheap product. But I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth.
I have no financial interest in this company or product. And I’ve not been given free product to write this article. I paid for my order because I wanted to see if Proluxan could help me address my prostate concerns.
If interested, here is a link to order. If you do not want an automatic monthly shipment, then make sure to NOT CHECK the box in Step 2 on their order page.
