For most people the best anti aging ingredient is the one they fail to consume on a daily basis. Or they think they’re consuming it, but because of additives and sugars they’re actually accelerating the aging process instead of slowing it down.

Now you can do some things to enhance your water like add lemons or liquid chlorophyll. But by itself water is the best anti aging ingredient that you need to consume on a daily basis.
Couldn’t Coffee, Soda, or Beer Be The Best Anti Aging Ingredient?
No! You’re thinking that you get lots of water in the eight cups of coffee you drink or the several cans of soda you consume. Or maybe you’re counting the bottles of beer after work because it makes you go to the bathroom.

I wonder if this has an affect on global warming.
